Klingberg is worth more. Also don't agree with Dallas trading away draft picks if they are "tearing it down to the ground." Seguin's contract is also going to be impossible to move, and you don't see anything close to that kind of return for him. If he were playing like 2018-2019 Seguin then maybe, but even if he still is useful in a lineup he's massively overpaid. Don't see any team giving up these kind of assets for a bad contract with a lot of term left on it.

Also, if they are in fact tearing it down & starting a rebuild, why not trade Pavelski, Radulov, or Holtby?

Don't necessarily agree with you're assessment of Radulov, but I'll cede that one. But the other two absolutely have value for other teams.

Pavelski is on pace for a 92 point season, which would be a career high & Holtby has had a resurgent season, to the tune of a .913 SV%, which is great for a team looking to upgrade their crease.

There will be a bidding war for Pavelski & Holtby will attract attention from a few teams that need a good 1B to roll into playoffs with.
