Why are they trading for Chiarot if defense wins? Defense isn't something Chiarot has been able to provide in 3 or 4 seasons now and probably even less able to provide it while playing on his wrong side.

Overpay for Chiarot in this trade, however unlike most leafs fans, I think he would be a significant upgrade to the D core and much needed size and grit out front of the net.
