Interesting. I thought I was a little light on the ANA pkg after I posted. CBJ package depends a lot on where the pick ends up (currently would be 9oa, I'm pegging it in the 8-12 range). I thought the FLA pkg was the best, and yet it still makes a ton of sense for them to do it IMO.

Can't see Boston giving up their two top prospects + a 1st. You could take Moore out of the deal because he doesn't nothing value wise.

First two would be 1a, 1b...and ought meet their asking price.
I left CBJ alone in middle depending on that pick.

ANA could add a Colangelo-type and not flinch...deep pipeline there.

Yeah I just had Moore for cap, wasn't sure how tight they'd be. I can see how they'd shy away from offering that package due to the shallow pool but I think those guys are on par with what other teams will offer. Do you think they'll make a legit push for Chychrun or is Sweeney just doing his job by checking in?

Probably doing his job checking in. However I think I saw that ARZ had a scout at the Bruins game against WPG. They also I think have checked in on Crouse.

Imo 1st + Lohrei + DeBrusk is a solid base. Maybe doesn't have the flashy mainstream names other teams can offer but Lohrei is underrated IMO as a prospect. DeBrusk has played better this season and ARZ doesn't have a lot of guys signed for next year so a $4.4 QO helps them getting the cap floor. He's playing at a 15/15 pace (still a bit below is career numbers) but thats also on a 3rd line role with limited PP time.
ARZ can play him in a top 6 role with quality PP time and then flip him at the deadline 50% retained for a good return. I still believe he's a capable 20+ goal guy that could also chip in 20+ assist if given the right opportunity.

Seen multiple reports that Boston is not willing to meet the asking price. Then again I don’t see anyone meeting the initial asking price. If it comes down they might jump back in. As said above 1st-Lohrei-Debrusk is where it starts for Boston. A mid level pick/prospect added would not be a deal breaker. If the return got bigger than Crouse is added on the other end.
