2 is too high for Miro, he has great potential but there are too many flags in his game for him to go that high, Savoie doesn't fall to 10, that's a bit high for Mintyukov, how does Cooley, Lambert, McGroarty, Casey, Howard, Nazar, Chesley and Hughes fall that much

I'm impressed with the depth of this draft, there is however one name I'm blown away isn't even in here. Owen Beck of Mississauga.

Just not guys I am high on. And I think players from the US development program have often gotten overrated. Few, outside of Matthews and Kane, have actually had success. And yet every year, people like to take a ton in first round. Even the ones that make it to NHL seem to average. Just go down the list, year by year, and you'll see what I am talking about.

I think your over punishing usdp players like cooley and over hyping some Europe’s like yurov. Yurov is not a top 5 player and Cooley shouldn’t be outside of 10 as a start imo

known average players adam fox, charlie mcavoy, jack eichel, thatcher demko, JT miller, john gibson, matthew tkachuk, brady tkachuk, dylan larkin, phil kessel, trevor zegras, jack hughes, quinn hughes, seth jones, zach werenski etc. an overwhelming number of the top american players in the NHL played for the NTDP

How do you have Savoie at 10? The only real "flaw" to his game is his size and if the modern NHL has taught us anything, it is that size isn't as important as it once was. He is definitely a Top 5 player. Not surprised you have Jack Hughes so low since you dislike the other Jack Hughes so much

I don’t see San Jose passing on Lambert if he’s there at 17. Their center depth is awful and they really need high end help there.

If that is where Detroit finishes II think Yzerman should consider trading that pick.

Considering Winnipeg's pretty set down the middle with the Scheif, Doobs, Perfetti, Lowry, Lucius, etc and that wingers are easier to get in FA or later in the draft I'd throw a dart on either Nemec or Jiricek. Schmidt's fine yet he'll soon turn 31 and Pionk's good but you guys lack that legit top pairing guy on the back end.
