Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Armia and Hoffman are ''ANY TEAM'' type of trade.. I couldn't care less of the return.

Chariot gone,
Lehkonen could stay, but traded him for a package I saw by a NYR fans (and the discussion on the post)
Armia gone, we have too many RW and he is the odd one out.
Hoffman is gone - he is PP specialist... but we have no one to feed him.
Drouin will be out soon in the 2022-2023 TD.

I'm bringing back Subban for the fans during the rebuild and a good friend to Carey Price.

Lets get a checking line on the fourth line. I want to target Nicolas Roy from VGK... they will be strapped for cash -so we could take a cap dump with it.

Lines :

Toffoli - Suzuki -Kravtsov : Lots of skill and good shooters with the playmakers to go for it.

Anderson - Poehling - Caufield : Two big guys that skate hard to make room for Caufield. They will get the pucks out of the corners

Drouin -Dvorak-Gallagher : fkn terrible line... but you got to put the guys somewhere (poor gally) -When Drouin is traded, Byron or Evans will take his place.

Pezzetta - Roy - Deslaurier: Checking line that is made to break bones and change the momentum : Roy is the most skilled guy on that line, and can move up the line up easily if need be. It will make it entertaining and D-low can protect our young skill players - It shouldn't be Anderson that fights.

Edmundson -Petry : after a long offseason... petry can comeback from whatever is bugging him. Eddy`s return will help him. Eddy will help the Dcore in 5v5 and on the PK. less pressure on Petry

Romanov- Subban: its the Markov-Subban but in reverse with Subban in the mentor role to a young russian. I know that Subban is a controversial player, but he will be good for the fans during the rebuild.

Ghule - Savard: Ghule is ready for the show. Savard will lose 25 lbs during the long offseason (he propably gained 30 during the stanley cup festivities with the Lightning. Tough pair to play against. Harris can be put on the RHD or LHD side from time to time.

I like the shack up of the line up, however i'm not sure how Evans would not be in the lineup regularly, whether its center or the wing he needs to be in the lineup.

I like the shack up of the line up, however i'm not sure how Evans would not be in the lineup regularly, whether its center or the wing he needs to be in the lineup.

injuries, and trades - right now, Poehling, Suzuki and Dvorak are over him in the depth chart, and he doesn't fit on the checking line - but would Dvorak be trade, or Drouin - he would be right back in.

While it’s true we’d likely have a hard time attracting UFAs
We also don’t need to target any forwards, bc we have Quinn & Krebs & Peterka ready to make the leap

And NO ONE is giving up a 2nd for Hoffman
Maybe a 4th?

I don’t see us being interested in Chiarot the way other teams will be so the price there isn’t happening and NYR definitely won’t pay extra for retention. However I do see a Kravs/Lehk trade happening as a base. If the price for Chiarot not retained was 2nd + 4th I can see that happening. But again, other teams might pay more

The end goal is to get Kravtsov, so yeah - at the end of the day, if Chariot is traded elsewhere it doesn't matter.

Rangers decline. We don't need retention since we have cap space this year. I see us more of a player for Lehkonen than Chiarot. I also believe Chiarot will be a much bigger priority for teams such as Toronto, Edmonton, Florida, St. Louis and Nashville.

Personally I don't. I see the Rangers wanting to give up draft picks or a defense prospect than a forward prospect due to our lack of depth there especially on the right side.

If Drury/Kravs haven’t fix the dispute then yes, 100%. I haven’t heard if they have or haven’t so it’s really a surprise tbh. Drury is far too good at being silent on things.

We had a GM like that, MB kept his cards close to his chest. Who traded Lias Andersson after his tantrum? Gorton or Drury? If its the latter, I wouldn't be surprise if he did it again.
