This is needlessly complicated. A 1st and Robertson is enough for Klingberg. Holl isn't a cap dump and has rebounded nicely since the start of the season. Ritchie is a cap dump sure so if he's included perhaps a 3rd or maybe even a 2nd will need to be added. Which can be made up by moving Holl somewhere else. All these other picks are just silly

Robertson and a 1st is a huge over-payment for a rental.

Robertson doesn't really do it for me. I think his best value for TO is in the trade market. I don't think he's Bracco but I don't think he's the next Nylander either. I think he'll be a good player someday but not sure he's going to find a home in TO. Maybe Dallas would value him even more than they should and take him and a 2nd for Klingberg. Change it to a 1st and move Ritchie and I see that as a huge win. Clears 2.5 off the cap next year and gives TO an insane d corp for this year's playoffs which are going to be so tough.
