I would seriously consider this if you could take Holl as well/in place of nick ritchie. Our LW is very weak, so if we're giving up a versatile winger in Mikheyev, we need someone else, and if you take holl as well that opens up a spot for Severson as well as gives us some cap space to acquire a middle six LW.

If Subban is moved, it is probably with retention or double retention since his $$ is much lower than his AAV. His bonuses are paid, so while the cap hit is $9m, the actual salary this year is $2m. So 25% of that is $500k...at deadline would be about $100k.

LOL. If New Jersey offered this, I'd take it in a heatbeat. A fair Severson trade is probably comparable to the Muzzin trade. Holl+Ritchie+a first+ a second perhaps?
