Last year he was good and then after he got covid, he sucked
He just got covid again. First game back, he lets 4 goals in against the worst team

He also has a heel injury that he's been dealing with since training camp
But with Bernier out and Jon Gillies as the next option, Blackwood has to play through it

So covid + heel injury + constantly playing every night is the reason Blackwood hasn't played to his potential. He needs to be better though

So apparently what Matthews did was a kicking motion yet every other kicking motion seen this season were goals
