Absolute possibility however he is part of a larger narrative, EDM needs a shutdown D and a proven yet cost controlled goalie to tandem with Skinner.
Edmundson is not a rental and would be a big part of a young dcore next season assuming Broberg makes the jump and depending on what happens with Barrie there may be another younger player in that role too.

He's only making 1.65M though. Sanford has not been great this year, Ottawa takes this trade any day and it's probably an overpay. Would love to see Turris come back though he was by all accounts one of the nicest people on the planet. Really miss him.

Turris really isn’t a deal breaker and I understand money in money out. Maybe Ottawa just ships him straight back out to another without playing a game but I think I’d rather just save the hassle and take the 4th haha
