Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Not sure how fans of the Iles, Flames and Bruins will think of this... as a oiler fan myself, I this could benefit both to teams but could come back to bite us in the butt. Decided to do this on a whim, I think it sets up the Iles nicely for a solid offseason to bring in a defender and a backup for Sorokin.
