Strome at this point is a draft bust, and there's no way San Jose is paying a 2nd rounder for him. I could see us trading a 4th and a depth player but that's as much as he's worth at this time.

How we don't have a 1st rounder this year is incredible. Missing out on this top 10 pick is going to hurt. I like Jones but we couldn't be much worse without him and wed still have all our prospects and our pick this year.

that's way way too much for Kubalik. He's got 6 goals in 35 games and his arbitration qualifying offer is $4.3M. As a Hawks fan, I'd take it! But in reality, he's going to bring back a third unless he gets really hot for the next 8 weeks.
