My top-100 drafted prospects, not including this year's rookie class or older prospects. Criteria was (a) drafted, (b) eligible for calder next year, (c) born after January 1, 2000. So guys like Bedard and Michkov don't count, guys like Raymond and Zegras don't qualify, guys like Walsh and Dugan are too old. It is repesentative of league by position, home nations.
Jack Quinn is at 56 NHLe in the AHL right now, without looking I'd be pretty certain nobody on this list is doing better than that, and certainly not in an equivalent league at a similar age. He's too low by half IMO.
Edit: Holtz is a contemporary who isn't performing as well and is at #8. Why?

I just checked - Quinn is playing in the same league as your #3 and #4 players, and is outperforming them by far:

I only have one thing that comes off as weird to me: Why is Moore in the Top 50 and ranked as the second best Ducks prospect, ahead of Zellweger, Thrun, Perreault, Pastujov and Tracey? I try to watch the Ducks' prospects as much as possible and to me he's not even close to being the second best prospect in the system. The 5 guys I listed should be higher than him imo.
I think McTavish should be a bit higher. He played well in the 9 NHL games he played. He is / was dominant in the OHL and at the WJC and his game is close to NHL ready and extremely mature for his age.

I like all of those guys, but I think Moore will be the best of them. A lot of it is about trajectory. Ian Moore and Henry Thrun are easily comparable as they came from the same Prep school and are similar is age. They both spent a year in USHL, both now at Harvard, both had once tried out for US NTDP program (Thrun a year before Moore, Thrun made it, Moore did not). Thrun had a very high profile junior career. Moore played prep hockey and didn't fully get NHL attention until the latter half of his senior season. By the time the ISL playoffs arrived (and Covid), the scouts were all over him. He started last year on third pair for Chicago, finished the playoffs getting top minutes in playoffs. He was on few lists for WJC lists, but was there, on top pair with Sanderson. He may not lead their power play a freshman, but he has been getting more shots on net, and his team is scoring more at even strength with him on the ice. Rifai and Fusco are seniors and Thrun is a junior. Big minutes are in store for Moore in 2022-23. With a few years under Tortorella (who has a hand in developing numerous star d-men in NHL) and I think a lot of other people will agree with me.
Quinn has been rising on my list and is having a great season. But a 17-game sample is not enough to supplant any of those guys in the top-10 or so. I will say that the Quinn-Krebs-Peterka line appears to be have been the most dominant in AHL this season. Would be cool to see them arrive as a unit.

But, its just one guy's opinion.
I agree with most of your takes, I really like Moore. But I can't see him being over the guys I names, maybe over Tracey but not the others.
Zellweger is one of the youngest of the 2021 draft class and he looks like a steal already. He's playing great for Everett and even played on the top pairing with Power for Team Canada.
I prefer Thrun over Moore, but Thrun has been one of my favorite prospects for a long time now. Thrun just appears more complete to me and I he sticks out a bit more at Havard.
Perreault is one of my absolute favorite prospects and I can see him becoming similar to what Perry was for the Ducks. A goal scoring winger that pisses off the opponent's players (probably not as good as Perry but Top 6 is definitely possible).
I really like Pastujov and the Ducks were extremely lucky that he fell to the 3rd round because of his skating. But I doubt that his "skating issues" will be much of a problem. It's one of the reasons he chose Guelph over Notre Dame because in Guelph he can work with skating coach Barb Underhill (former figure skater) on his skating. (She coached Brayden Point for example and helped him become a far better skater)

I’m not sold on Brayden Tracey. Pastujov should have taken his circus to NCAA. And don’t forget about Colangelo.
