NSH doesn’t consider that. No interest in a JVR cap dump. Trenin has a great role in NSH and should be a cheap re-sign in the off-season. He’s staying put.

The Blues are NOT taking back extra cap in a Tarasenko trade, and Lindblom is of zero interest. Frankly, Konecny is turning into a "buy low" option at this point, so this offer needs work. Feel free to try again.

Provorov is a year older and making ~$2m more than Chychrun is, not the type of player the coyotes are looking for in a potential Chychrun trade. Wisdom isn’t an interesting enough prospect either. Coyotes pass

The Avs wouldn’t give you a 4th for that crap much less add a 2nd. The Avs had Brassard and let him walk he was played out 2 years ago, Jones is just awful why the Flyers signed him in the 1st place is a mystery and the Avs want zero to do with him.

You are seriously undervaluing Brassard and Jones. Brassard has played 2C for the Flyers and been really solid and Jones hasn’t been that bad. You are basing their value off last season and not this season where these guys have been very serviceable.

I agree the trade should have more value in it but Konecny has been racking up assists in his past couple of games and still is younger. How would Konecny plus a B prospect and a 3rd or so. Just trying to gauge Tarasenkos value as he still said he wants out

You’re high. The Avs had Brassard. Watched jones implode for years in SJS COL doesn’t touch that with a 10ft pole. You’re basing an inflated value on a couple of games. Not a team in the league is giving the Flyers a 2nd and 4th for that package. I would be pissed if the Avs gave a 7th rd pick for them. They suck.

I think a second and a fourth is too much but Jones hasn’t been very bad for the Flyers and Brassard had been good. If you think these guys gets a seven you simply don’t watch the Flyers. Just because Jones sucked a couple of years ago doesn’t mean he still is as bad and just because in the past Brassard wasn’t good with the Avs doesn’t mean he isn’t good with the Flyers

Move on it doesn't have to be the avs as I said above lol. I picked a playoff team that would look to add at the deadline and I was under the impression they needed goalie help, point is both should be moved at the deadline if the flyers are clearly out at that time. As the other poster said above Jones has actually been very solid this year. the flyers D has been mostly terrible in front of both Jones and Hart. There have been games where Jones clearly stands on his head, if you haven't recently watched the flyers this year don't comment on his play.

Where did you see that exactly?

And Konecny isn't producing to his salary level anymore.

I forget the insider but on Puck Empire I believe Friedman said that the relationship between the Blues and Tarasenko is beyond repair. This was a couple of days ago as well. Konecny’s contract also isn’t that bad I think as he is young and is in a bit off a goal scoring drought but still is producing in other ways and offers a lot of grit and can be a great pest

Got a link? And FYI Friedman has given out BS info on Tarasenko in the recent past.

I don’t care about watching the Flyers. I watched for years as Jones train wrecked a very good SJS team. You don’t think people know that, or that he managed to get progressively worse year over year for 4 straight years. Any serious team stays away from that guy. Brassard is a bottom 6 plug, the Avs had him, he couldn’t even produce then he isn’t going to play on the 2nd line for COL not the 3rd line either, and what exactly does he offer that Jost, Helm, NAK, Maltsev, Kaut or Megna offer? Nothing. Nobody and literally I mean nobody is giving a 2 & 4 for recycled garbage that you guys think a couple of good games is going to change years of evidence of the type of players they are.

They don’t need goalie help, Kuemper and Francouz are healthy finally. Jones isn’t a 3rd goalie, and the Avs have done the Brassard experiment before and it sucked. Why in the world would they revisit it? Nobody in the league is giving up a 2nd for Jones and Brassard that’s just not happening.

You have no argument besides this player was bad in the past so they must still be bad. Brassard played top 6 THIS YEAR and Martin Jones has been an acceptable backup THIS YEAR. You can talk about how bad they were in years past but you can’t make any argument saying how they still are bad

Brassard was with the Avs, they aren’t revisiting that that is completely ridiculous. Jones sucks period and the Avs aren’t paying him to be the 3rd goalie. So my no argument is significantly stronger than Brassard playing in the top 6 of a crappy Flyers team and Jones not being better than Kuemper or Francouz which is significantly less biased than your Flyers orange tinted glasses.
