I think you aren't really addressing what the Kings really need in this trade. If they were to give up 2 of their top-5 prospects they'd need to get active goal-scorers back. Collectively Miller, Kravtsov, and Chytil have fewer goals than Brendan Lemieux for the season. (I understand Kravtsov isn't playing in the NHL, but he was on track for an 8-goals last season if he played a full-82, so the point still stands, do the Kings improve where they are weakest? I'd say no.).
Also, Turcotte is finally in the NHL and he does not look lost out there, and put up some of the strongest possession numbers of the entire team. The rebuild is over, the Kings have plenty of assets, if they move anyone it will be to get a more refined player now as a short-cut.
