Palmieri's contract is actually SO buyout friendly... just 1.7 mill for 6 yrs which wt rising cap is nothing. For the record- I never liked re-signing palmieri. He was a good rental but i would've prefered Saad if we wanted more scoring or Coleman on like a 5x3

Next yr 18 Million to resign Barzal, Wally, Vladdy, Mafeild (likely loose vladdy)

I think this is a team that can win it all. They'd get that dynamic goalscorer in vladdy and have a very respectable top 6

Then the bottom 6 is just as good. Raty has 13 points in 12 gp with his new club in Liiga. Too bad we couldn't see him at WJC this yr. Pull a calgary and steal some players from a rival wt Rodrigues and DeSmith

Lindholm makes the top 4 VERY solid and very difficult to score against.

I'm presonally pretty big on Robin Salo to take the next step and be a top 6 dman rotating with Aho. Force one of them to prove they're ready.

Retain this years 1st which i belive will be like 10-16 realistically. Draft either Rutgre McGroaty or Marco Kasper to have another F prospect as this team is lacking.

This team gets a lot younger. Avg age for forwards is 27, Defense is 26, and sorokin is 26
