Depending how the manage the above 6 plus Killorn surplus plus potential cap raise they've got about 12mil to cover the Cernak, Cirelli and Sergy raises plus filling out the bottom of the roster. They've also got the option of buying out McDonagh at that point (would mean a 5 mil cap hit 25-26, manageable every other year, worst case)
