Philly should probably be sellers.

I don’t exactly hate this trade but I don’t think the Flyers should be buying. I think Savard would be a great fit as well as Hoffman as they could use a physical defense first RD and a goal scoring winger but I think the right move is to sell. Get picks and prospects because this team really needs a star

I don't know exactly what the Flyers are to be selling. Couturier just signed a lengthy 8 year extension. They seem set on keeping Giroux. Ellis is signed for a long time. Hayes still has numerous years left. This team is not positioned to be a full re-build team right now.

I don't know exactly what the Flyers are to be selling. Couturier just got an 8 year extension. Hayes stills has 4 years left. Giroux seems to be set to be re-signed. Ellis and Provorov are locked up long term as well. As frustrating as the Flyers are they are actually 1 or 2 young players breaking out from being a strong contender. With Foerster on the depth chart down the middle and Desnoyers on the wing there's two strong possibilities. They also have Cam York on defense and Zamula is also a possibility on the back end. Giroux moving back to center seems to have fixed quite a bit of the Flyers deficiency's down the middle. Now if they could just have Couturier and Hayes both stay healthy for a significant period of time that would be huge.
