He's been largely very solid for Ottawa

They need a better answer than Nick Holden or Victor Mete, but the solution can't be to run Chabot into an early grave. Things look so different if DJ would have just played Brannstrom in the first place. Hopefully things change when he's back, but unfortunately J.Brown will be too.

Chabot- Zub
Sanderson - JBD
Branstrom- Thomson

Brannstrom is not an ideal fit with our coaching staff and needs to be traded before he turns into a bust.

Given that Chabot's TOI has reached 30 minutes in a few games this season, I wonder if our team doctors are keeping tabs on Chabot's cardiac activity.

And if they would have that information on file.



There would be a heightened risk to Chabot of a cardiac episode like that of Jay Bouwmeester and others if our team doctors/coaching staff are not careful.

Sanderson - JBD
Holden- Thomson
Mete


No point keeping Brannstrom, he's not a long term fit with Ottawa (much like Logan Brown wasn't) so just package him to acquire a good veteran to support the young core (but I don't trust Dorion for that at all)
