Perunovich is likely out of the question, and adding him makes it an overpay anyway. But overall... I don't hate it.

Then you're not getting Chychrun. A couple of late picks, some nothing roster players for Zona and Kostin doesn't get you Chychrun and two picks.

Drop the picks from Arizona and the deal would start with Thomas + Neighbours +++ you can't land an elite young player like Chychrun unless you're willing to give up significant value.

Robert Thomas led the Blues in TOI/game. Plays all situations and gonna have like 60 assists this year. He’s there 1c, not getting traded.

Totally fair point, I agree. However, Chychrun is Arizona's number 1 D, TOI leader, good for 20 goals from the backend likely. He isn't getting traded unless it's for a big package, and this just doesn't thread the needle for them.

Fair enough, I guess Perunovich would need to be the centerpiece then. Him, Debrusk, two firsts?? I mean that’s nearing Eichel territory (obviously debrusk and Perunovich aren’t quite Tuch and Krebs) but chychrun ain’t eichel.

I don't think Blues would give up Thomas but I agree with this package on this post would definitely not get it done.

this is interesting i believe if they give up one of neighbours or perunovich and 2 1sts they don't need to add anything else as they are getting a very solid young player, perunovich would most definitely be chychrun's replacement. but on the other hand if they were to trade debrusk, haula, kostin + picks for chychrun no picks that is also a very solid trade as arizona literally gets there 2nd line + plus 2 1sts, late first or not players taken in the first round all have a high chance of being something very useful to a team especially one like ari and kostin and debrusk are both young and being given a significant role increase could help them breakout especially for debrusk who was once on pace for 3 20 goal seasons if had played a full 82 game season outside of haula ari gets 4 young assets to try and rebuild this franchise around along with the other young players and boat load of picks they have

Yeah I mean Bill Armstrong did draft Kostin and had interest in Debrusk I believe. The more I look at it though, Arizona will probably want more quality over quantity so definitely Perunovich or Neighbours. Which… tbh isn’t that big a deal. Perunovich becomes redundant with chychrun and Neighbours I think tops as a M-6 forward

Rather Boston use the those pieces to go after Chychrun. I mean 3 of the 5 pieces your offering are from Boston anyways.

JC is not elite. He has had 2 good seasons. To me he seems like yet another offensive Dman. He is -55 which to me indicates he isnt great on D. Granted the rest of the team has sucked but i would not give 4 players to get him. Mikkola and Colt have done pretty well imo.
