Probably Kassian + Broberg/Bourgault +1st & 3rd for Miller (and maybe you can get a little bit of retention).

I can't see the Oilers giving up Kassian TBH. He's such a valuable player come playoff time, and he's been playing great this season

Don't like it for Nucks. Just no incentive here, only relatively low picks and an overpaid bottom-6 player for a PPG player in a weak team, and especially not incentive to deal the guy to a division rival.

He definitely is a cap dump. Even if he isn’t, just one first is not enough for Miller. Would have to add a top prospect at least considering Oilers are a division rival

Holloway has more value to me than Miller alone. Considering age, ceiling and contracts, he's just got more value.

If that's the ask, Miller won't be moved.

If you honestly think that a proespect like Holloway has more value than Miller then u must not think too highly of Miller. Holloway is an A prospect, but has already had 2 surgeries on his wrist. Lots of still unknown with him.

Considering fans of teams like the NYR have considered Schneider + a 1st, or leafs fans have offered Robertson + a first, I think a top prospect + a 1st seems pretty standard.

The premiums charged for taking back a cap dump AND dealing in the division are also pretty standard.

Kassian has multiple years left, is older, and is now 1.5 seasons removed from the 2019-2020 season which earned him his contract and has had poor scoring stats and underlying numbers ever since then. 2nd rounder to take him is pretty fair considering 2 years left AFTER this one on his deal

Miller has more value than that and it doesn't make sense with the upswing the canucks are on especially to a divisional rival

Just curios, why do you think that? I think myself and most Oilers fans have been pretty happy with him this year. Love how he seems to fit in on just about any line, and love the energy he brings

Is that sarcasm? Kassian has been a ghost save for about 2 games. He hasnt even been trying the last couple games no forecheck no hits nothing.

Broberg and a first might just get it done.

if your getting brogerg of bourgault with would be 50% retention and 3rd becomes a 5-6. a 1st and broberg or bourgault is essentially 2 firsts
