Rules:
-Must have a cap hit over 81.5M
-Everyone has to be active NHL players (lets say they need to have at least 1 GP this season in the NHL, so no using Weber/Price/Seabrook/etc)
-20 man roster (12F spots, 6D spots, 2G spots)
-No using IR spots to boost the cap hit
-Goalies must play goalie and skaters must be skaters, but you CAN decide which position each player plays. But also assume that an NHL head coach will take over the team and will split ice time in the best possible way (including choosing which goalie starts) but must keep using your current lines and positions (no adding guys like McDavid to the 4th line and saying you will give him 0 ice time and no adding guys like Vasilevskiy as the backup and saying you will never start him)
