I personally disagree. Tkachuk's not experienced enough as a captain. He should go to a team with strong culture with established leading presence. That is not Ottawa. They're more or less in shambles still in the middle of a rebuild, at least result wise.

Much better options Pittsburgh and Tampa in this regard. And maybe Islanders, too. Their core is established, strong coaching presence and established leadership.
