Ottawa is not a team that makes sense for 32 year old Josh Bailey, and Connor Brown is worth WAY more than Bailey in any case.

I mentioned the Bailey for Brown trade because on a different site, an Ottawa fan mentioned they would be intested in bailey. I also heard that ottawa is probably not going to re-sign Brown because of asking price. I appreciate the feedback.
