This is absolutely atrocious for Vancouver. Josh Manson isn't as good as he use to be and I'm surprised at how many people haven't pick upon that, he won't cost more than a 2nd or 3rd rounder at the trade deadline as a rental, plus Myers is arguably more valuable than Henrique

If I had to predict what I think Manson will get on the open Market, I'd say he scores an AAV in the $2.5-3.75 million dollar range on a 2-4 year deal. Definitely not getting $4+ million AAV though

My apologies, what I meant to say is that while I think a Myers for Henrique swap could be entertained, I'd be lying if I said I would take it in a heartbeat. Myers is a far better player than he's given credit for, he's a decent skater and is good at moving the puck, sure, he has his defensive warts, but he's not a complete liability like players such as Shayne Gostisbehere, Tyson Barrie, and Toney DeAngelo

I would agree that like Henrique, Myers provides about 60-70% of his contract's value

Also Myers is 5% of Henrique not more than. His contract is 2 mil too much for a middle pair minute eater with downside decision making and PIMs.

I'm sure I've said this before, but I don't feel like I'm spamming. When I express my takes when it comes to things like trade value, I don't put down other users for having different takes. In this thread for example, you tried to kick me out without even bothering to look at what kind of input I was looking to offer here. If we still disagree on the value of the assets in question here, that's totally cool with me

The only way we have to evaluate other peoples comments on here is like rate.

Your 16% like rate says a lot. It means most people don't agree when they see your comments.

At some point the value of somebody who only comes into my comments to say no actually this player is worth half that number (based on no context) with a low like rate clearly isn't worth my time.

Especially when I have never seen something you said that I agree with and your response is usually to say a ton of spread out trade opinions and then immediately declare agree to disagree like you have the final say and anything else is just looking for a fight.
