It's not laughable. Kane is a polarizing figure. Posting a Kane trade is instant controversey.

Fair point. I wouldn't scoff at it. Maybe Hertl can reenergize his game and get Balcers on the 3rd line (where he belongs IMO) so not all bad.

Debrusk for Kane would help both teams. give Boston a deep top 6 on the cheap, and give us another option in our top 9

as previously noted by sharks fans, its less costly for sjs to buy kane out than retain on his contract long term.

EDIT: as i see a few sharks fans above. as a bruins fan, im going to miss debrusk. He is streaky AF. but love the player when he gets rolling. its tough watching him when hes not rolling though.
