Pretty fair all told especially with Turcotte not doing great for his draft position and Vilardi mostly solid so far in the NHL, a bit of steam off their hype trains

I thought about adding Madden to the boeser trade but figured if Vilardi can figure it out and get out of his head the trade is fair.

Chychrun trade however I’m not sure what else would need to be added. Turcotte one of the top prospects in the league not in the NHL. Kings are very high on faber and wagner is for cap reasons and could use a change of scenery imo and the ‘23 unprotected 1st.

I’m not worried about Turcotte. The game he plays he isn’t ready for NHL. Next year I believe is a possibility for Turcotte on the wing with LA, unless traded. I’m still hesitant to trade him but LA desperately needs a young established LHD

Yeah if Vilardi was something proven already, I would say it's much closer to being fair.

The Chychrun one is definitely a good package but he has shown to be a #1 LD (I think most would agree) and he still has term on a cheap deal. Maybe I'm over-valuing him a little but Turcotte and a 1st are the key parts, and I love Faber as a defensive-first prospect but I'm just not sure if those 3 get it done.

I really like the ideas though and my opinion might be a little more controversial on this one. Good work!

I feel like if he was an expiring UFA #1 LD, the package for his return would be a 1st and a very good prospect (at least) but with the term and at that price, in my mind it would probably have to be more.

And honestly, the Boeser one isn't really bad. Vilardi being the centerpiece is nice but not what I think of as the key piece in a trade for someone like Boeser

Canucks need a roster player for Boeser perhaps Kempe, Kupari or Bjornfort plus an "A" prospect and a pick.

If you’re referring to adding Kempe along with the trade I provided then I believe that’s too much.
