If any team receives future considerations, they usually lose the trade.


I would have made the same comment and declared Ottawa the winner of the trade if Nashville was the one giving up a fringe player for future considerations.


I might be a fan of the Ottawa Senators, but I'm also a man of principle.

I get what you're saying, one side gets something and one gets nothing. The problem is the something in this case is also a nothing

Do think make Sherwood sany more? As a kid I remember the Sherwoods wooden sticks. Also the Hespeler and CCM brands. 59 to 79 cents each.

Not a very good trade. They should've tried to at least get a 7th.
