Nemec is superior to Jiricek. He is the best defenseman as of now. No one should take Jiricek over him if the draft were tomorrow imo.

Miroshnichenko shouldn't be a Top 3 pick. To me, he isn't even the best Russian. He's always between 8 and 12 in my draft rankings. He'll probably go in the top 10, but top 3 is too high.

They are both good picks but I like Jiricek more, as for Miro he has been slower to start then scouts probably assumed he would be but I think he'll turn it around

While I agree with you to a certain extent, the Habs have a gap to fill in their system with RHD. Jiricek is the logic pick if you're MTL, Nemec is the logic pick if you're any other team.

Keeping Harris would be a risk right now, I'm not sure he'll sign with MTL.
