I’m a huge fan of both Vrana and Girard, so I like the idea.

Not sure how realistic it is though.

I honestly really want to see what Vrana brings this year. I think Detroit brass does as well so I doubt it happens but I think it's a trade that works for both teams from positions of strength on both teams.

vrana is a good piece but stecher isnt really needed.

More just to replace Girard on the blue line.

I mean it’s the starting point of a discussion for sure. If COL were to ever entertain moving Girard they are going to want a scoring winger who is locked up long term imo. COL would justifiably ask for more imo, but it’s definitely in the ball park. Nice job of showing both teams.

Definitely think it's a good fit for both teams. I don't know of too many other teams that could part with a winger as good as Vrana. Maybe Montreal with toffoli but who knows what direction they go now.

I don't think the trade is bad, but I can't see the Avs moving Girard unless it's a too good to pass up type of move. They should be looking to improve without subtracting from a strength.

The off season could be a different story, depending on how other chips fall, but this year I think it's a no from Colorado.

I think they'd want more of a shutdown guy. stecher isnt enough of an upgrade over what they have in the organization.

Toffoli isn’t same tier as Vrana imo. The guys that come to mind are Beauvllier and Koenecny but that’s just my opinion.

Bigger, more physical shutdown guy who can still play and preferably RHD.
