The islanders are definitely getting a first from someone maybe not a young prospect don't know much about the goalie prospect and his stats this year are terrible but the goalie market is always hot at the TDL.

Goaltenders don't get 1st's, and Varly isn't playing well. The most you'll get is possibly a 2nd, or more likely a 3rd and a B-level prospect.

First you looking at a guy was was top 3 vezina potential last year. Has been in back to back conferences. Has an extra year on his contract at an affordable rate. Has only played less then 5 games this year while coming off an injury and is playing in front of a defense where only two defensemen that are NHL caliber defensemen. So yes he will get a first.
