Steen would play right away for the Kraken and would be a young and serviceable bottom six forward. John Moore may get third pair ice time but is mostly just a cap dump. Vaakanainen is a reclamation prospect who hasn’t gained enough traction in Boston to make the jump to the NHL but may have better luck in Seattle. He’s still young and has the first round pedigree. Add a first to balance out values.
