His contract would come off before their next deals need to get done. I added the third so you can trade your 2nd to move TJ onto a 3rd team if needed. I also retained Strome to help make the cap work for this year if you wanted to keep TJ but if I were you I would prob look for a 3rd team to absorb the salary.

yeah i miscounted the years on that so that def works out - honestly i like TJ as a fit for this team. i made a ACGM essentially with this trade but you guys taking on ritchie and retaining on TJ. lmk what u think

Not sure we would be able to take on Ritchie Kerfoot and retain on TJ. We wouldn't do that anyhow. A 3rd team involved would benefit this but again this is all unlikely as I don't see us moving Strome or Nylander.

Correct but paying a 3rd team to take TJ would allow it. You are right and this sort of move is not on the cards.
