Those are pretty weak offers to SEA and ANA. With the retention I think you're giving one of the 3rds to ANA and I think you're adding a TOR 2022 1st and a good prospect to SEA. Retention of those amounts is probably a 3rd at worst, but 3 years of retention to SEA is worth alot more than what you;re offering.
Problem is: if you're offering picks in drafts 2-3 years away that hurts the value of the pick. SO while I think the offer for JT Miller (doubt VAN accepts) is okay, the other offers are weak.
Holl, a 2nd and 3rd TWO drafts away for Manson and 50% retention (who's reputation is getting this return) sounds fair, but is still on the weak side based on the picks being two drafts away.
Eberle and THREE years of 2.6mil retention is TOR 2022 1st, TOR 2023 3rd, Kerfoot (dont think they want him anyways) and probably one of the big prospects of Robertson, Topi or Abramov, and I don;t know if its enough, Seattle didn;t want Kerfoot in expansion and hes very similar to what they have lots of: tweener 5-9th forwards. BUT, theres part of me thinks that a top 6 forward in Eberle at 2.6 for 3 years is worth more to TOR moving forward as well, that they might/should add the 2022 2nd as well.
