I'd like to add JTM, but not at the expense of Girard. I think he'd be too pricey for what Sakic would be willing to give as well.

Vancouver needs to add defensive RD, not a smallish offensive D man on a long term deal. Miller shouldn't be traded unless a 1st and a very good RD PROSPECT at minimum is coming back. The Canucks don't have many assets, so they might want to use them judiciously.
