Brooks you could probably get a low return, or use him as a trade chip
Lehkonen probably is worth a third considering he can play anywhere and do decent
Kulak is worth a 4th
Montembeault could maybe fetch a 7th

My thing is with Monty and brooks is we will probably have to waive them at certain points or have trades ready. Byron and price gotta come back so not sure if it’s even worth trying to shop them

You sound like a guy who has not watched him play. Every GM who saw how he played in the playoffs last year and how effective he was would give up a late first for him

I think there's a chance he returns a 1st, but I'd also say that the LD market at the deadline has the potential to be pretty swamped when it comes to solid, effective pending UFA's. There's probably 8-10 guys out there who reasonably similar, who could all end up on the block when their teams inevitably fall out of it. Someone had a list up the other day on a "Chia" thread, and I can't remember all of them (Lindholm/Gio stick out), but it could be a pretty watered down LD market.

Could be any legit contender. Only reason chose the rangers was some rumour I saw that could be 100% false. I think Chiarot just gets traded to the highest bidder at the end of the day whether that is a first, prospect or a couple of lower drafts picks (2nd & 3rd)
