Honestly, who cares what the asking price from us is........ what do you think the true NHL value is? To me its a 2nd and 3rd rounder. Maybe a late first if a team is desperate.

De Haan is looking really good this year and would purely be a rental as a UFA. I'm guessing Chicago would accept for a 2nd or 3rd at the TDL if they are out of the race

I think a lot of fans are going to be looking for a Savard type of return but IDK if we could ask for that for Chiarot. I would be good with getting one of Barron or Schneider + 3rd but I am not sure how Rags fans would feel about that either.

Oh ok. Maybe phrasing was the issue. "What is your asking price...". I only meant to say that it shouldn't be what WE'd pay but rather what you think the NHL GM's would pay.

I think based on what we've seen in the past, anywhere from 1st - 2nd and 4th is plausible. Will depend on what the market is at that time. If not many good dmen are available, its a 1st. if there are tons to choose from than 2nd and 4th is pretty reasonable.
