it's not that bad but I don't see why we retain. I'd rather keep Rust, and use the extra cap for someone else too

It’d be a later in the year deal and helps Vegas with cap while pens get a good player with term to help next two years.basically Vegas gets a one year rental and cap help while pens get a two year rental assuming this year goes sideways

to be fair, the Pens and Knights are in quite similar situations with their record and injury issues too

I don’t agree. I think Rust is much better for the Pens system than JM would be.
