Ah, so that’s where Jankowski went, I almost forgot about him. Sad to see him on a third line in the AHL, but hopefully he can work his way back up at some point.

Forgot to add that this is a prediction lol, I think there's a good chance that happens, and that would certainly be extremely entertaining

He'd be third line just because this is a ridcioulsly stacked AHL team, he's played super well in the last 3 games and feel like he'll get his call up eventually

I have been preaching for years to keep the kids on the farm.
Girgensons, Ristolainen even Reinhart were all put into the NHL too soon.
Why? The team was bad and had no chance of winning even with them in the line up.
The Leafs did it a few year back, the Sabres did it with Holzinger, Brown etc.
Putting prospects on a losing team only makes for losers.
But having vets on the team is also critical, Davidson, Mersch, Jankowski (I love picking up former first round picks), Malone and of course Dell.
None of these guys should see the NHL ice this year, I was really happy when Murray was brought up instead of some of the younger prospects.
