Caps will most likely look elsewhere for a cheaper 3RD. Possibly Schultz at a discount or a different FA, with possibly even moving TVR back to RD. I personally would rather have Holl at 2 mil than Chiarot anyway if I was the leafs.

Philly declines. We can just get a back up from FA and Mrazek who is injury prone won't fetch Lindblom and NAK.
