I would imagine BUF will hold onto Tuch considering his contract is pretty decent with term.

I don’t think he’ll be traded tbh, he’s a great player just entering his prime. Would be a waste to trade him for a late first rounder.

tuch would be a nice piece. he'd be affordable for years. i think the avs would have to move bura or girard to make it happen though.

it would suck to lose jost because he's a strong defensive player but that would be a no brainer for the avs. i don't think jost is ever going to break out offensively.

I think Colorado would try to make it someone else (Bowers, Helleson, or Kaut maybe) since they need healthy roster players and Jost fills a need. I don't think they hang up at the mention of his name though.

Yeah, I think if it was a real trade including Jost it would probably have to be Jost + a 1st, maybe a little more if Buffalo really goes for it. Tuch is a great piece to have on a second line, especially one like Colorado’s, so I think that’d be the kind of trade both teams would benefit from.
