Only piece of value to the Sabres other than their first

Can't imagine any trade being done without Beniers involved

yeah, seattle just has very few young players with any value aside from beniers. i could see maybe a beniers + geekie + dunn + 1st rounder type of package being competitive? but none of the players really move the needle aside from beniers

I watch Michigan a little bit - last year Beniers was very tenacious as a defender/checker/ fighting for the puck and a lot of his offense stemmed from this , this year for whatever reason not so much and truthfully Johnson, Brisson and Bordeleau have better hockey skills - of course Michigan's whole team might suffer from too much talent.

This is one of the worst Eichel trades I’ve seen
