I think we should close the book on the season and properly tank.

Tanking would make Dvorak cheaper as our pick is top 10 protected (ARI gets Carolina's pick instead.)

Send Caufield and Romanov down to the AHL. Let them dominate. Bring up some bruisers like Pezzetta.

Lets get a few good picks. Lets go the Ottawa route.

Lets rebuild by the draft... like every successful team.

We need to fire the player dev and drafting team. They are the only one who stayed through the years... Timmins has got to go.

Lets get Darche and Madden in the front office. MB can stay as president of Hockey operation. His track record and experience with trades and signing is an asset. Lets keep him close.

Lets get an experienced coach in... Bob Hartley would be nice... but at this point as a francophone... I would be willing to get a anglophone as our coach... Torts would be nice.... guys would at least compete.
