Anaheim, Buffalo, and Columbus have the cap space to make a claim and are in the top-nine of their respective conferences. If Marner doesn't keep them in the playoff hunt, they can flip him at the deadline for a 1st and some medium cap dumps. So, while most teams couldn't or shouldn't put in a claim, at least those three should take the chance, if he's offered today.
