Maybe Shanny should get fired. He hired Dubas and Keefe, and Babcock and Lou. Shanny and his team, negotiated the players contracts.
I believe Babcock was fired after losing badly in Pittsburg. Now I think Keefe isn't the problem. But if I'm the owners of the Leafs, I certainly would be want to want to exercise my veto power on any personnel moves this season. IMO Dubas will gone next April.

If the leafs do the typical leaf thing this off season and the Dubas plan is, “no major changes,” he should be fired.

That's a Dubas problem... swapping out the bottom 6 forwards every year just kills the team chemistry. I believe being loyal to the cheap lunchpail guys helps build the winning formula. Case in point, Spezza has been the Leafs best forward.

This season Hyman walked, next season it'd be Reilly.

This all connects back to Dubas first big move, signing J.T. before signing his young core long term.

If the Leafs barely get a Wildcard spot and even if they win one Rd, I think both Dubas and Keefe will not be safe.

The Leafs should expect and demand a Top 5 Cup Contender team status, not a playoff bubble team.
