Ehlers is horribly misused and thus almost certainly undervalued by Winnipeg, which is why I think this deal could even be less value than the leafs could get.

What? Marner has been horrible this year Chevy is a smart GM and your theory that all nhl gms are dumb just ask Sakic Yzerman etc.

Dollar for dollar Ehlers is the superior player. No chance the Jets give Ehlers up and get stuck with Marner's contract in the process.

Lets just say Ehlers is on the block (which he isn't). Value wise your looking at Sandin, Robertson, Kerfoot and you might have to throw in a 1st or 2nd on top of that
