Caps say no. Without looking at the value here, I doubt Wilson leaves DC anytime soon. the Caps have made it clear he is in their long term plan and I don't think they budge from it. Washington will also be Over the cap here so they wouldn't be able too without some retention or other cap clearing measures.

Ovi definitely breaks the record with Marner. I know he's super criticized but Marner is a great player. Caps do this all day.
