Without retention I'd value Hertl as a 1st, roster forward, and B prospect. If the intention is to resign Hertl immediately following the trade and/or their is 50% retention then add a 2nd and maybe upgrade the quality of prospect. Something like 2022 1st, DeBrusk, Vaakanainen. Add 2023 2nd and make Vaakanainen Studnicka if there is an extension
