Pierre Dorion is actually good. Besides one bad trade in Zib for Brassard, he got a good return for Brassard, great return for Karlsson, got as much as he was able to get at the time for Stone, got a good return for Dzingel . Drafted Pinto, Sanderson, Stutzle, Tkachuk, etc

Showing your IQ by putting Dubious Dubass that low... how he continues to re-invent the team every year while skating on that hard cap line is remarkable. He's definitely in the top 10, if not top 5

Drury and Francis have also been GMs for a few months, so I don't understand their rankings either. Armstrong is also getting great futures for the dumpster fire of a team he inherited, so I don't get his low ranking
