Not a big deal at all since I assume you are using Winnipeg as a "any team" kind of trade, but if Panik is healthy Winnipeg won't be able to do this trade. If he was LTIR-able then yes (but probably not Gawanke)

The Jets will likely never give Gawanke a chance at the NHL level, Panik can be sent to the minors for almost full cap relief or could be used in the bottom six, that pick would replace one of the 2nds lost in the Dillon trade, Chevy would be crazy to pass this up, Lou would never do it though.

Isles can just bury Panik like they are doing now and he costs $250K. Unnecessary trade.
