I've noticed this is happening with RFA contracts on SOIR this season for 2022-23 AGMs: it also occurs for Dmitri Samorukov.

This bug should be fixed now.

Unfortunately any team that has a $0 cap hit player on its roster will need to be re-made to remove those players.
